Backup C7 issues and PRs

In the EOL announcement it is stated

we’ll close all issues and pull requests

I think we should make sure that all issues and PRs to that date are backed up. They are a valuable source of ideas what might be important to add/fix in Operaton.

Maybe we can have also something similar like what @Julian did with the backports? So pick PRs and issues that look relevant to us? Maybe using some fork to backup the issues to?

Just did a quick search (and didn’t test it) but there seems to be that there tools out there for mirroring GH issues/PRs

If this works we could just create a full mirror fork somewhere to archive this

Yes, I imagined something like that. Would be too bad if this would just disappear.
