Townhall Call Scheduling

Hey all, I feel that it is time again that we should schedule a Townhall call again. There are many exciting things going on, and heavy challenges to master.

Our community is flourishing and we are getting more and more international. A take from last call was that it would be good to find a time that it allows members in other time zones also to join. I propose 17:00 CET. Or maybe even later.

I have set up a Doodle poll. Let’s try out if some proposed slots suite for most. I assumed that 75min would be an appropriate length.

We should set up an agenda for Friday’s Townhall (75min).

Here are some first ideas:

  • Welcome, Meet & Greet (10 min)
  • Community & partner network updates (10min)
  • New development features: Helm Charts, additional databases in integration tests, …? (10 min)
  • Status Quo: Drop of legacy platforms (10 min)
  • Status Quo: Funding of the Operaton association (10 min)
  • Status Quo: Documentation (5 min)
  • Status Quo: New webapps (5 min)
  • Timeline and scope for beta-4 release (10 min)
  • Closing (5 min)

Anything missing? Anything too much? Feel free to share your thoughts now, this is just a first proposal.

Sorry for the late reply!

I cannot think of any other topics, I think your proposed agenda makes sense and will be a good guideline for the meeting
